About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric Norge AS. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our software solutions by our VIP EcoStruxure IT customers in Australia and other regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers post-sales to drive success metrics and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Customer Success Planning: Work with customers to understand their primary challenges, goals, and definitions of success, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Expertise: Showcase best practices for our software solutions, including Data Center Expert (DCE), IT Advisor (ITA), Netbotz & IT Expert (ITE), and identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of these solutions.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our software solutions, including training, services, and EcoStruxure IT Custom Solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Service Teams, Product Management, and License & Renewal Team, to ensure seamless customer success.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in the software industry, with a background in customer projects and services.
  • Skills: Basic Linux skills, understanding of data centre UPS, cooling systems, power distribution, and energy management, as well as basic networking skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
