We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Frontline Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through all modes of communication.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing high-quality support and building strong relationships with our clients. As our Frontline Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in ensuring their needs are met.
- Greeting visitors, managing reception duties, and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Delivering quality information and services face-to-face, via telephone, and email
- Liaising with other business units to resolve client issues and staying updated on services
- Managing all incoming/outgoing mail and monitoring general inboxes with efficiency and accuracy
- Assisting with administrative functions for meetings and events
- Maintaining accurate financial records including petty cash and reconciliations
- Ensuring adequate supplies of consumables and supporting equipment management
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence
- A Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening
- A combination of relevant experience, education, and training in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
- Experience working in a direct customer service role within an administration environment
- Working knowledge of social media and professional management of external communication platforms
- An energetic, willing, and 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement
