Job Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on people's lives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients of all backgrounds, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage reception and undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting, working collaboratively with clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assist clinicians in providing clinical services by identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, with proficiency in using iPad/phone applications.
