Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our team. As a Child Safety Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering statutory child protection services.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.

  3. Contribute to a culture of quality frontline service delivery based on collaboration, cooperation, and professional ethics.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the safety and well-being of children and families.
  5. Participate in continuous learning, training, and professional development to ensure contemporary practice knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in social work or a related field.
  • Significant experience in child protection or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
