About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email direct marketing strategies that drive engagement and acquisition. Your expertise in customer segmentation and targeting will enable us to deliver personalized experiences to our members.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize group websites and collaborate with external partners to bring innovative campaigns to life. Your analytical skills and data-driven approach will help us measure campaign performance and make informed decisions to optimize future efforts.

  • Develop and implement eDM strategies that drive results
  • Create and manage communication initiatives that enhance member experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize group websites
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting
  • Work with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering engaging customer experiences
  • Results-driven and data-oriented with a track record of optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in developing and executing eDM strategies and customer segmentation
  • Skilled at collaborating with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • Innovative and always seeking new ways to improve processes and outcomes
