Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Component Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing specialized initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of undercarriage component lifecycle management, as well as experience in collecting and prioritizing unmet customer needs. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to build strong relationships and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and disseminate critical customer requirements to support parts and services development throughout the undercarriage component lifecycle.
  • Collect and prioritize unmet customer needs, focusing on areas where we lose and the reasons why.
  • Define optimal aftermarket solutions for each machine and/or product, considering total cost of ownership requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of undercarriage parts marketing, products, or field experiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
