Job Title: Software Lifecycle Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Lifecycle Expert to manage the software agreement lifecycle for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software agreements, with a primary focus on Cisco.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and advise clients throughout their agreement.
  • Maximize profitability through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Software Programs and technology.
  • Knowledge of other software vendors' solutions.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Experience with agreement lifecycle stages.
  • Demonstrated proactive engagement with clients to support on-time renewals and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship development.
  • Ability to interpret business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for our solutions.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology and linking it to our service portfolio.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and questioning skills.
