We are seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team at Gold Coast Airport.
- A day in the life of a Customer Delivery Driver:
As a member of our Airside team, you will be responsible for loading catering onto aircraft, driving short distances, and guiding vehicles for safe approach. You will work closely with airline cabin crew to ensure correct loading and unloading of carts and trucks. Your main responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens;
- Guiding and positioning trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies;
- Coordinating with airline cabin crew for servicing and delivery handover each flight;
- Performing shift documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required;
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A full clean MR or HR Driver's License;
- The ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks;
- Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential (between 4am and 9pm);
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Neat and tidy presentation as you will be our representative.
