Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Developer to join our team in the asset management space. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and technical support of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.

The EAM system is a critical component of our organization's operations, enabling us to effectively manage and maintain our diverse portfolio of assets. The Technical Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that improve asset management processes and system functionality.

This includes customising applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements and support operational teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions to improve asset management processes and system functionality
  • Customise applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to operational teams
  • Collaborate with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure that Maximo solutions support strategic asset management goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in Maximo development and configuration
  • Strong understanding of asset management processes and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
