Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to drive our asset management strategy, leveraging CMMS tools and capital asset renewal solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the accounts team in developing, managing, and operating the asset management program for the account.
  • Maintain accurate asset registers on the account by ensuring all required asset attributes and specifications are validated and presented in a consistent format with JLL's CMMS Tools and Platforms.
  • Develop account-specific asset management processes and governance aligned with the JLL Engineering Operations playbook.
  • Collaborate with the vendor network to support asset data management and maintenance, guaranteeing data quality and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and training to facilities staff on asset data collection, data quality checks, and asset register accuracy.
  • Ensure CMMS (Corrigo) asset and PPM data is up-to-date by managing asset and property ons/off.
  • Oversee the PPM schedule within the CMMS, using the vendor network to provide maintenance plans in the required format, meeting contractual and statutory requirements.
  • Drive asset data quality, verifying the data accuracy between CMMS and LCAM, correcting errors as needed.
  • Compile reporting to meet the asset management assurance framework requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent diploma, preferably Electrical or Mechanical. A demonstrated aptitude for interpreting and analyzing engineering O&M and numerical data related to work orders, asset registers, asset performance, energy, emissions, or utilities context is essential. Understanding of Maintenance Compliance, Australian Standards, and Building Code of Australia requirements is also crucial.
