IT Asset Manager and Atlassian Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Manager and Atlassian Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the timely delivery of accurate IT Asset information, taking ownership of the IT Asset lifecycle for critical hardware and software assets, as well as managing and optimizing the Atlassian environment for all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date IT Asset information
  • Own the IT Asset lifecycle for critical hardware and software assets
  • Optimize the Atlassian environment for all divisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • At ease with handling high levels of detail about systems and applications
  • Able to work independently and reliably
  • Confident in raising issues and recommendations in a constructive manner
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
