Asset Management Specialist

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to support the operational delivery of lifecycle, condition, and compliance activities across the site.
The Asset Management Specialist will assist in maintaining and updating the site asset register, ensuring accuracy and completeness. They will also support integration of new assets, asset disposal records, and lifecycle tagging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the site asset register
- Support integration of new assets and asset disposal records
- Assist with data preparation for lifecycle planning and condition audits
- Support internal audits by preparing required documentation
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (desirable)
- Experience using Asset Management Systems (e.g., QFM, CMMS)
- Experienced in the management and delivery of FM projects and building works including estimating, programming and planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
