We are seeking a Rehab Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Sydney as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role involves assessing, planning, organising, and participating in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes.

The successful candidate will assess the worker's transferable skills and potential through various means, including early intervention assessments, home assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, ergonomic assessments, and case management services.

Liaising with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees, the ideal candidate will use strong communication skills to market the WorkSafe Incentive Scheme for Employers to organisations.

This is a full-time position, however, part-time at 4 days per week may also be considered.

Salary and Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $95,000 + super + bonuses (depending on experience)

About You:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • ASORC registration
  • Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management is desirable
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Australian driver's licence
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
