About the Opportunity:

This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in designing and implementing customised rehabilitation programs that help clients return to the workforce and achieve their personal and professional goals. You will be instrumental in direct client engagement through vocational assessments, worksite evaluations, and one-on-one support sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
  • Professional registration with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
