The Role:

  • Proactively manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients
  • Focus on quality and achieving desired outcomes
  • Vocational assessments and counselling services
  • Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes
  • Build strong relationships and generate repeat referrals
  • Provide short-term counselling for individuals with workplace injuries (SIRA eligibility required)
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Ongoing training and coaching as the team grows

  • ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
