Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional customer service and sales solutions. This role is crucial in representing the company within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service and manage the customer journey
- Welcome new and existing customers with face-to-face selling
- Actively promote products to generate sales and process orders
- Handle merchandising, stock replenishment, and warehouse stock control
- Generate quotations and engage with e-commerce and social media
- Manage operations and coordinate production with staff
- Troubleshoot enquiries via phone and email efficiently
- Coordinate logistics, including transport and deliveries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous retail, hardware, or trade environment experience
- Steel industry experience advantageous but not essential
- Face-to-face selling skills with entrepreneurial spirit
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Team player who can also work independently under pressure
