">Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and inclusion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring individualized support plans are tailored to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective support strategies.
- Accurately document client progress and outcomes, adhering to relevant guidelines and policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a support worker in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in disability support or a related field (Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent).
- Current Driver's license, working rights for Australia, Police Clearance documentation, Current First Aid/CPR certificate and valid Working with Children Check.
- Strong understanding of disability frameworks, principles, and guidelines.
