We are seeking a dedicated Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide home-based support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

As a Support Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living support, including meal management and personal care
  • Transporting individuals to appointments and activities
  • Ensuring a safe environment through daily support tasks

You will be an integral part of the support team, working closely with colleagues and clients to achieve individual goals and aspirations. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ideal experience working with positive behaviour support plans
  • Manual handling experience or willingness to learn
  • A passion for working in disability services and eagerness to learn new skills

Certifications and clearances required:
