About the Role:
In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coaching and developing team members, and leading by example to ensure high standards of performance and productivity.
You will work closely with the store senior leadership team to achieve business objectives, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Cocoach and develop team members to achieve their full potential

- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies and initiatives
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to coach and develop others to achieve their full potential
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
