**Job Overview**

As a POS Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, overseeing point of sale operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing sales, including refunds and exchanges as the key POS operator
  • Answering customer queries via phone and face to face
  • Cash handling
  • Supporting the Management team where required
  • Leading by example to set management expectations across the team and managing performance

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or like industry
  • Possession of excellent communication skills
  • A proven track record in driving and exceeding set targets
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
