We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to lead our retail team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and financial performance by leveraging workforce management and developing team member skills.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in retail management who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving strong sales performance. You will inspire and guide your team to achieve excellence in customer service and sales.
