{"About the Role": "As a People Relations Advisor at Beaumont People, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations across the organization. In this newly created opportunity, you will be able to make a significant impact in areas like recruitment, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting discussions around restructuring, business cases, and reskilling/movement opportunities.
* Acting as the go-to person for HR queries, recruitment, and talent acquisition efforts.
* Handling general HR queries related to contracts, salaries, and leave, and managing initial conversations around performance management.
* Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and collaborating with the advocacy and marketing teams to enhance employer branding and engage potential talent.
* Working with communication teams to effectively promote the brand on various platforms, including SEEK, LinkedIn, and social media.

To be successful, you will have:

* Experience in HR administration, coordination, and recruitment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* A collaborative approach and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
* The ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
* A proactive attitude, with a focus on trust-building and mitigating risk.
