As a key member of our project team, the Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for delivering effective project outcomes by managing contracts from inception to close-out.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle to ensure contract compliance and progress tracking.
  • Supporting project procurement through tender activities to secure best value for money.
  • Managing all contract documentation, including preparation and negotiation of contracts, to minimize risk and maximize benefits.
  • Analyzing budgets and cash flows to prepare reporting as required, ensuring timely and accurate financial information is available to stakeholders.
  • Attending site visits to assess and verify progress claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field.
  • Similar experience working on industrial projects exceeding $20 million in value.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with tradespeople, suppliers, consultants and other third parties.
