Leadership Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Leadership Development Specialist to facilitate organisational development initiatives, including onboarding sessions, team effectiveness programs, and professional development workshops.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or similar), and / or HR/OD qualifications or experience, with a proven track record of delivering leadership and development programs in corporate and/or operational environments.
About the Role- Empower leaders across the organisation with innovative leadership development programs, tailored for frontline heroes to corporate champions.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to uncover hidden potential and co-create development solutions that align with business needs.
- Coach and mentor talented individuals, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve exceptional results.
- Leverage data and insights to measure program impact and continuously improve.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.
- Natural facilitation and coaching skills, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across diverse business areas.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or similar), and / or HR/OD qualifications or experience.
