Job Title: Operations Performance Manager

About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar operational leadership role is essential.
  • Proven expertise in managing audit processes, conducting internal audits, and developing corrective action plans.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices within the defence sector or a large multi-site organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple sites, prioritising tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement across all sites.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
