Director of Operations

Job Description:

The Director of Operations oversees the management and coordination of various departments within an educational institution, driving efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes, finance, procurement, human resources, infrastructure, and classroom support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of non-teaching staff to ensure seamless operations and service delivery;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements;
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to secure best-value services and solutions;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and data analysis tools;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Certifications in leadership, project management, or related fields preferred.
