Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. Your role will involve creating fine dining experiences for residents through the preparation of multi-course, elegant dishes and planning varied menus.

This opportunity allows you to showcase your creativity while working alongside an experienced team in a setting that is redefining aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate proven experience with volume cooking in hotel, healthcare, or similar environments
  • Exhibit excellent knowledge of all facets of Food Services, including chill production and dining service planning
  • Lead daily production with kitchenhands and ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Understand and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Possess high-level customer service skills
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow care plan directives
  • Understanding of aged care and resident rights and responsibilities
Requirements:
  • National Police Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required
