Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Section Waiter. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own section, providing efficient and attentive service to guests.
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence and care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your section at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale restaurant is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meet high standards.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Completion of Food safety and Responsible service of alcohol certification.
