Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Michelin-starred restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, with previous managerial experience in fine dining restaurants. A background in luxury hotel or restaurant environments is essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example to uphold service standards for a Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded across all service areas
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food, wines, cooking techniques, and allergies to advise guests appropriately
  • Have a strong understanding of restaurant service styles
  • Oversee shifts, remaining hands-on and motivating the team
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene in the restaurant
  • Manage stock ordering and control to ensure availability
  • Oversee back-of-house areas for cleanliness, hygiene, and wastage control
  • Build strong relationships with the kitchen team
  • Train and mentor front-of-house staff
  • Maximize sales and collaborate with the Head Chef to develop the business
  • The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous managerial experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • A passion for food and beverage
  • A background in luxury or Michelin-starred hotel or restaurant environments
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods, and dietary requirements
  • Drive to create memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy luxury setting
