Customer Experience Expert

We're seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for pricing, order status and delivery enquiries.
  • Support the customer base with quoting and product selection.
  • Manage sales orders from order entry through to delivery.
  • Support customers with any product returns.
  • Support the sales teams and your teammates with sales enquiries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills

Experience in a sales support or customer service role within manufacturing/distribution is essential.

Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a must.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

A passion for delivering excellent service – especially over the phone – is essential.

Ability to handle high volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

A basic understanding of supply chain processes is required.
