Our ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team at a high-volume restaurant and pub environment. They will be committed to providing exceptional quality food, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Providing feedback and guidance to junior staff members to support their growth and development

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments, including operations, finance and marketing. You will also be involved in training and developing a team to ensure we consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel, restaurant or pub environment
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
