Seeking talented Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to join our dynamic kitchen team at our Geelong venue.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring solid kitchen operations and preparing high-quality food within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality food in line with our national recipes and plating guides.
- Ensure all meals are cooked to our standards and served promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Manage stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature log reporting.
- Contribute to menu development and improve current menu items.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification in a relevant field or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
- Working rights for this role are essential.
