  • Knowledge of seafood preparation and presentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and dedication to producing high-quality cuisine consistently.
  • A Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience in a high-quality, fast-paced environment.
