Job Description:

Vantage is a multi-asset broker providing clients with access to a powerful trading platform. We have a strong presence across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, driving innovation, compliance, and client-focused growth. As a strategic People and Culture Specialist, you will lead initiatives across all offices, fostering employee loyalty, driving retention, and ensuring an exceptional employee journey from onboarding to long-term growth.

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a unified global company culture that reflects our values and mission.
  • Design strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across all regions.
  • Partner with department heads to embed culture and purpose into every aspect of the employee experience.
  • Lead internal communication strategies that reinforce transparency, trust, and alignment across teams.
  • Develop recognition and rewards programs that celebrate excellence and encourage loyalty.
  • Facilitate onboarding experiences that connect new hires to our culture from day one.
  • Build initiatives for career development, internal mobility, and talent retention.
  • Act as a cultural advisor to leadership and a trusted point of contact for employees.
Requirements:Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, or Employee Engagement roles, preferably in international or high-growth organisations.
  • Deep understanding of what drives workplace culture, loyalty, and retention.
  • Demonstrated success in rolling out culture or engagement initiatives at scale.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and multicultural environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience in a similar people-focused role within the financial services or technology sector is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Language is highly regarded.
