Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. As a key member of our Maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle service and maintenance activities within Toll's workshops and external facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in internal fleet maintenance or management roles, with strong relationship-building skills and a strategic thinking approach. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal customers, suppliers, and third-party maintenance providers, to ensure effective asset utilisation and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Business Units to schedule both internal and external services and maintenance
  • Plan and coordinate vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers
  • Ensure effective planning and management of service bookings while minimising maintenance expenses
  • Engage with third-party maintenance providers to ensure high service quality outcomes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AUD $65,000 - AUD $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
