In this position, you will:

  • Maintain and repair various equipment and plant systems, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to breakdown resolutions and participate in shutdown activities, providing opportunities to develop leadership skills.
  • Perform high-quality maintenance and long-term repairs adhering to industry standards, upholding the highest level of quality.
  • Diagnose issues, conduct troubleshooting, and execute maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Leverage engineering drawings and OEM manuals to inform your work.
  • Supervise contractors during service visits, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Utilize SAP systems to document and complete maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Rapidly adapt to changing priorities within our on-demand system.

We're seeking candidates with:

  • A relevant Mechanical trade qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance, reflected in their daily work practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling them to work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude, driving success in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required, supporting the demands of the role.
  • The ability to manage projects and meet deadlines, showcasing their organizational capabilities.
