At our care facility, we provide a range of supports and assistance to local residents. We are looking for individuals who can offer practical and emotional help to others, utilising their own experiences to build rapport and relationships. Your support will enable our clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes throughout the region.

About the Ideal Candidate- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping others
- Adaptability in hobbies such as sewing, arts, gardening, cooking, and scrapbooking
- Experience in outdoor pursuits and activities
- A thorough understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment to care
- Pleasure in social activities and one-on-one engagement
- An understanding of physical limitations and a safe approach
- Creativity, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and emotional stability
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in communication
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent qualification
- A current National Police Certificate
- A valid Driver License and reliable vehicle
