  • Assist with routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
  • Support product development and innovation aligned with the carbon reduction roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineers and scientists.
  • Work in both lab and field environments to support compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Gain exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
  • Contribute to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Qualifications

Completed or be completing a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data.Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across disciplines.Willingness to relocate for rotations.
