The successful candidate will be part of our two-year Graduate Program, with hands-on experience across real projects and operations. You will work closely with our Product Performance & Innovation team at our Brisbane facilities, contributing to research, testing, and quality initiatives that support nationwide operations.

  • Participate in structured rotations across various business areas, including Brisbane, Railton, Gladstone, and Sydney.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the bulk product range and its performance in concrete applications.
  • Assist with routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
  • Support product development and innovation aligned with our carbon reduction roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineers and scientists.
  • Work in both lab and field environments to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Gain exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data. Strong communication skills and a willingness to relocate for rotations are essential.

The ideal candidate will have completed or be completing a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar. They should demonstrate a strong desire to apply technical knowledge in a hands-on, practical setting.
