You will work across multiple sites in Darwin and Palmerston, strengthening person-centred practices and building relationships with referral networks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting staff to tailor daily routines, communication, and activities to each client's preferences and goals.
  • Promoting services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.
  • Supporting Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and leadership development.
  • Embedding a strong culture and promoting our values and health and safety.

About the role

You will be committed to delivering exceptional client service and have a passion for supporting others. You should have experience working with NDIS plans and funding, as well as leading teams to deliver high standards of disability services.

Required skills and qualifications include relevant certifications and at least 5 years' experience in disability services, management, aged or health services, or a related discipline.
