Event Coordinator
">This is an exceptional opportunity to join a vibrant events team at a stunning 1500-acre winery in the Macedon Ranges. The Event Manager will be responsible for operational management of Weddings and Events.
">The key responsibilities include:
">- Leading and developing an events team that deliver exceptional customer service and event execution.
- Planning, coordination and delivery of events across the venue.
- Staff training and mentoring of events team.
- Developing and implementing a system of client management for corporate/B2B and private event accounts within relevant market sectors.
- Preparing monthly reports on all sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
">- Minimum of 5 years in sales management role within business events sector or hospitality sales.
- Previous experience within a sales catering business, or similar.
- Thorough knowledge of tourism & incentive markets.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Bachelor of Business, Tourism Management or Bachelor of Business, Hospitality Management desirable but not essential.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence with no restrictions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
