Job Title: Evaluation and Planning Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to actively coordinate and support the development of strategic plans, in alignment with key documents including Future Health and Performance Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support implementation of evaluations/value stories to demonstrate contribution/value towards NSW Cancer Plan.
  • Provide project management and support services, including preparation of reports, evaluation frameworks, monitoring and reporting strategies.
  • Share learnings across the organisation to ensure alignment in processes and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and secretariat support, including for governance groups such as the NSW Cancer Plan Steering Committee.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional experience in health program planning and evaluation, developing or supporting the development of strategic documents.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Public Health or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience and training.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports, correspondence, briefing papers, and evaluation reports.
  • Strong analytical, evaluation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
