Program Evaluator

As a key member of our research team, we are seeking an experienced Research and Evaluation Project Lead to lead the design and delivery of high-quality research and evaluation projects.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.
- Overseeing the development of research proposals, work plans, and project reports to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify research priorities and develop strategic research agendas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in statistics, economics, or a related field with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful research and evaluation projects.
- Expertise in program or policy evaluation, including quasi-experimental and micro-econometric methods.
Key skills required include project management, effective communication, and problem-solving. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
