About The Position

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our team in delivering high-quality events and festivals that celebrate the city's vibrant community and cultural diversity.

  • Provide efficient event administration and operational support
  • Coordinate programming, customer-focused ticketing and booking services
  • Manage event logistics, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth execution of events from planning through to delivery
What You Will Bring

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work systematically in a busy environment. Highly developed interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of, and commitment to, quality customer service.

Strong understanding of risk management techniques with the ability to interpret and apply regulations effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying administrative process improvement opportunities.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications are essential.
