Your new team - Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity
The Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity (AFSE) is an intercultural fellowship program committed to driving Indigenous-led social change to create fairer and more inclusive societies across Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific Island Nations. It achieves this by building, supporting and mobilising a dynamic community of change agents, known as Fellows.

Fellows begin their AFSE journey with a year of deep learning and personal growth. During this time, they pursue a Master of Social Change Leadership, exploring ideas, perspectives and research from Indigenous scholars, leaders and communities from across the Pacific and beyond.

Upon graduating, Fellows become lifelong members of the Global Atlantic Fellow community. This worldwide network, supported by the Atlantic Institute, provides ongoing opportunities for learning, networking and collaboration, supporting Fellows in their continued efforts to drive positive social change.
