Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our team as a Hotel Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with National Nutrition, Food Safety and Quality Standards relevant to the provision of hotel services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To manage and maintain a safe and healthy food environment in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  2. To oversee the preparation and serving of meals to patients and staff.
  3. To ensure all food handling practices meet or exceed national standards.
  4. To conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and quality control principles.
  • A valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or Australian citizenship/permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
