We are looking for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager or a successful Front Office Supervisor looking to take the next step, to join our high achieving Front Office Team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be dedicated to ensuring consistent high standards of service and hospitality from our front office team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and inspire the Front Office Team to success.
- Create a guest first service culture.
- Manage property reservations and enquiries.
- Create service initiatives with the view of enhancing the guest experience.
- Empower team members to resolve guest questions and complaints on the spot.
- Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents to go the extra mile.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong computer ability and administration skills.
- Great time management skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- The ability to weekends and public holidays.
