A leading digital agency is seeking a skilled Performance Manager to drive client goals and objectives through paid media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in managing complex paid media accounts, and the ability to leverage data insights to inform campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Setup:
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to brief and manage ad creation and campaign setup, enhancing targeting precision and maximizing campaign efficiency.
- Explore new opportunities for platform spending and align media strategies with clients' release and content calendars.
- Client Communication:
- Establish and build relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs across paid channels.
- Work closely with clients and leverage the support of internal digital strategists and Social Media specialists to set quarterly objectives, strategies, and bi-weekly tactical plans.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Report on ad creatives, making recommendations for future designs and messaging based on what works, current trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budget planning and revenue forecasting, ensuring pacing aligns with targets and sales goals are met.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Performance, Account, or Paid Media manager.
- Experience in exporting and interpreting data from Paid Search and Paid Social Platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok).
- Comfort in using and managing data inside Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in managing and building media strategies, including budgets allocation to objectives and channels.
- Flexibility and time-shifting possibilities.
