About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pathology Services representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for internal and external client inquiries, you will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling bookings, and providing administrative support for laboratories results management, patient bookings, and collections/appointments management.

Duties
  1. Answering inquiries and schedule bookings from medical professionals and patients for pathology specimen collection services at clinics, domiciliary visits, and hospital visits;
  2. Administrative tasks relating to laboratories results management, patient bookings, and collections/appointments management;
  3. Providing medical practitioners with pathology results;
Requirements
  • Demonstrated superior patient service skills;
  • Experience in a healthcare industry with medical terminology experience highly regarded;
  • Polished and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible work environment with prioritization skills;
  • Able to work as part of a small team;
  • Active listening skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • High level of confidentiality;
  • Able to work calmly under pressure;
