Job Title: Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist

">Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the direction of speech pathology services, while supporting and mentoring a growing team of clinicians. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, client-focused therapy services are delivered in line with organisational values.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor clinicians across different levels. They will also have experience within the NDIS/disability sector and a proven track record of delivering person-centred, evidence-based therapy services.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist is required.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) is essential.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience with AAC and Swallowing/Dysphagia, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are highly desirable.
